STANDARD SHIPPING SCHEDULE: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days *plus* transit time, not including the date your order was placed. Free USPS Priority Shipping in the contiguous United States is included. Orders upgraded to FedEx Express Next-Day Shipping or FedEx 2-Day Shipping placed by 10:00 AM EST will be processed the same business day. We guarantee our 1-3 business day production lead time mentioned above but actual transit times may be subject to occasional COVID-related delays and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE: Dec 17th at 4 pm EST is the cut-off for orders to ship out in December. Our studio is closed from Dec 24th through Jan 3rd and will reopen on Jan 4th. Any online orders placed during this time will begin shipping on Jan 4th according to our standard shipping schedule listed above.

We will not substitute an item unless the quality and aesthetic meet our extremely high design standards.
