For a summer wedding on the Eastern Shore, we worked with Shannon Leahy Events to design coastal-inspired custom welcome tote bags for the couple’s guests. The bride and groom wanted to show their heartfelt appreciation with thoughtful, practical gifts that reflected their wedding’s red and blue color palette. Though the couple hails from the East Coast, they now call the West Coast home—so we thoughtfully incorporated elements from both coasts into the design.

We began with custom-printed coastal tote bags that served as both stylish packaging and lasting keepsakes for the wedding guests. To complement the red and blue wedding color palette, we included a duo of sparkling waters in coordinating hues, creating a cohesive and polished presentation. Local Chesapeake-style popcorn with a custom label and a set of Maryland chocolates paid tribute to the East Coast, while California almonds and dried blood orange slices brought in a touch of the couple’s West Coast home. Custom amenity pouches, adorned with a nautical flag design, were stocked with essentials like medicine and hydration packs to help guests recover and recharge throughout the weekend. To complete these coastal preppy welcome gifts, we added custom-printed wedding weekend itineraries featuring a thank-you note from the couple, along with personalized gift tags tied with soft blue ribbon.
