We believe that gifting is an art form and as much as it’s our job to create on-brand gifts on your behalf, it’s equally our mission to give you a stress-free and enjoyable experience where you don’t lift a finger from start to finish.

INQUIRY

Fill out our inquiry form! We need practical info like date, location and approximate number of gifts required along with details regarding event aesthetic and branding.

step two

COMMUNICATION

We'll promptly send you the info you'll need to decide if we're a good fit. We can even schedule a free phone consultation if you prefer.

step three

RETAINER & QUESTIONNAIRE

You decide we're a match so you sign and pay our retainer. We'll ask you to also complete our Gift Design Questionnaire which will help us customize gifts just for you.

step four

INITIAL DESIGN

Based on answers you provide in our Gift Design Questionnaire, we create an initial gift design concept for your review!

step five

DESIGN APPROVAL

We collaborate on design revisions until it's perfect! Once you sign off on the final gift design and submit payment, congratulations! It’s time for us to begin building your gifts!

step six

ASSEMBLY & DELIVERY

We handle all aspects of shipping, delivery and hotel/venue coordination while you sit back, relax and don't worry about a thing!

A CASE STUDY

Luxe Montana Corporate Retreat at Paws Up Resort

Client:

Ensemble Health Partners

objective:

Ensemble Health Partners was headed to Montana with both employees and clients for a cozy corporate retreat at Paws Up, a luxury resort and ranch. They wanted gifts to reflect both the location and rugged vibe of the event all while incorporating items the recipients would use and enjoy. We were absolutely up for the challenge!

approach:

We selected weathered grey wood crates for the packaging along with rustic trail mix, Montana jam, Paws Up branded metal wine tumblers, locally-sourced caramels, and cedar Montana coaster sets. The gifts were given a professional touch with logo gift tags and custom welcome letters featuring a personal note from the company’s CEO. Since the event was held in December, fresh pine and pine cones served as seasonal accents.
