Immediately upon completing design work for her custom wedding welcome gifts, Alana asked us to design custom bridal party gifts that would be useful for her bridesmaids on the morning of the wedding to thank them for being a part of this huge milestone in her life. She wanted to keep the gifts in line with her wedding aesthetic which centered around a deep hunter green.

approach:

Alana’s Washington DC wedding was a garden-inspired celebration and so we wanted packaging that was soft and organic. We selected seagrass baskets with lids as the packaging and designed from there. For wedding morning, we chose chocolate-covered espresso beans as a tasty pick-me-up for everyone waking up early to get the big day started. We also incorporated fresh oranges as a source of vitamin C for their immune systems along with sparkling water to keep them hydrated. For treats, we included a small bottle of bubbly and Sugarfina Champagne Bears to round out the design. We closed the baskets with hunter green raw edge ribbon and custom gift tags by Just Write Studios with a short-and-sweet message letting them know how thankful she was for their love and friendship.
