Our clients at Summer & Co. Events asked us to create a gift that was both functional and thoughtful—something that would truly wow guests celebrating a 40th birthday at the Salamander Resort. The design needed to support the weekend’s outdoor adventures while reflecting a refined, understated sense of luxury. To capture the spirit of the setting, they also asked for locally sourced items that highlighted the charm and beauty of the resort’s surroundings.

Packed inside an insulated Polarbox cooler, this gift delivered a sense of fun before it was even opened. Each cooler included custom-sized leather flip-flops for each couple, along with bug repellent and mineral sunscreen to help weekend guests gear up for outdoor adventures. For snacking, we included duck fat caramels, Bulldog Chow, and a Virginia-based snack mix, paired with two mocha stout coffees to keep everyone energized. A cinnamon bundle, custom notecard, engraved walnut wood gift tag, and coordinating ribbon added the perfect finishing touches to this thoughtfully curated experience.
