objective:
This client was planning a Bar Mitzvah weekend for her son, Bryce, and wanted welcome gifts that set a fun, celebratory tone while making guests feel truly appreciated. They requested a black-and-white color scheme that tied into the weekend’s theme, with playful nods to the after-party: roller skating in an airport hangar!
approach:
For this gift design, we chose a sleek black gift box with matching fill to let the bold black-and-white color scheme shine. Inside, guests found a custom confetti beach ball, locally made California kettle corn, waters, and a pair of mini cookies, a roller skate and surf board—all brought to life by a hand-drawn itinerary card from Bryce himself. The finishing touch: a compact quick-dry beach blanket tied on top with a hand-illustrated gift tag and satin white ribbon, completing the elevated monochrome look.
the end result:
Specially curated gifts that reflected the cool and unique personality of Bryce to commemorate this momentous event.
