Our goal was to design an elevated and thoughtful gift to welcome clients to the LIX Super Bowl in New Orleans! Our client was looking for a gift design that embodied luxury, while leaning into an elegant black and gold color palette and highlighting local culture with snacks and keepsakes.

approach:

To begin, we selected a sleek black magnetic closure gift box, designed to make a bold first impression. The exterior featured a custom-branded gift tag, elegantly tied with satin black ribbon for a sophisticated tone-on-tone look. Inside, a custom-branded notecard was placed on top of the contents, ensuring it was the first thing recipients saw upon opening. For the contents, we curated a cocktail-themed collection of snacks and keepsakes—perfect for a stylish and welcoming gift. The experience started with a New Orleans cocktail book tied on top, paired with a set of two etched New Orleans glasses placed inside the box for an authentic local touch. We then included a luxe classic cocktail kit featuring flavor cubes to craft a Moscow Mule, Old Fashioned, or Manhattan. Gourmet treats included an artisan chocolate bar, toasted cashews, a custom fleur de lis cookie, and Cajun-seasoned popcorn, the latter packaged in a clear treat bag sealed with a gold fleur de lis wax seal for added flair. To round out the gift, we added a marble fleur de lis wine stopper and a ceramic soy candle accompanied by Antica Farmacista matches—offering a touch of luxury and relaxation. As a fun and elegant finishing accent, we’ll include a gold-dipped feather, tying the theme together with a hint of festive charm.

Recipients were genuinely impressed by this gift— they felt it was beautifully presented and felt incredibly thoughtful from the moment they opened the box. The New Orleans touches, especially the cocktail kit and fleur de lis details, made them feel instantly welcomed and excited to be in the city.
