Can't wait to share these DC custom wedding welcome gifts with you all today! They're a perfect way to welcome in the month of November. For this Union Station wedding, we wanted to keep the season at the heart of each piece we included as well as the couple’s blush, hunter green, and gold color palette. Take a peek below to see how these welcome gifts came to be!

The Marigold & Grey team immediately tied in the couple’s love of gold with the gift packaging! Gold boxes served as the perfect base. Of course a box is never complete unless it’s tied with a bow, and hunter green was the perfect color choice.  "Welcome” was carefully calligraphed in blush onto gift tags, which completed the outside look.

As guests opened their boxes, they were greeted with a wedding weekend itinerary designed by Just Write Studios. The wedding’s ceremony and reception locations were noted along with the farewell brunch planned for the morning following the wedding. Such a nice touch!

Color and texture are two of the things that draw in the eye and so naturally organic fuji apples served as the perfect natural pop of both color and texture. This snack is both healthy and quintessentially fall! We paired the apple with classic treats local to the area, such as Virginia peanuts and artisan chocolates. Route 11 potato chips and Perrier rounded out each gift.
