Meet our New Account Executive, Clair White

We are so excited to introduce you to our newest Marigold & Grey team member! Please give a warm welcome to, Clair White, our new 'Account Executive.' In this role, Clair will be joining our custom gift design team to work with our clients and help bring their custom curated gifts to life. If you're interested in custom gifts for your business or your event, you will no-doubt work with Clair at some point during your design and production process. She will be supporting our custom gifting sales and design efforts including communicating with both new and existing clients as well as helping to design and curate custom gifts. From wedding welcome gifts to corporate gifts for conferences and retreats, you know we love our custom gift designs around the studio and with her love of travel and background in hospitality, we know she'll fit right in at team M&G.

Let's hear from Clair in her own words!

Tell us a little about yourself:

I am an upbeat, organized, and creative professional that has spent most of my working years in events, hospitality, and customer service! I love to travel and have a passion for food and wine. I am always up for trying a new restaurant or recipe. In my free time – I like to explore new cities or hiking trails and love to entertain and enjoy quality time with my family and friends.

What attracted you to the Account Executive position and what do you look forward to about this job?

I have been following M&G for quite some time on Instagram and have always loved the beautiful and bespoke gifts that the team created. I knew that I wanted to be a part of this team and help to grow and expand the M&G brand!

What were you doing before joining M&G and how do you think it will benefit you in your new position?

Prior to my position with M&G, I was working as a Senior Associate on the Global Events team at the United Nations Foundation. As an events professional we are constantly working in a fast-paced environment, planning and troubleshooting multiple projects at the same time. I thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a team that has a can-do attitude!

A favorite celebrity wedding?

I don’t think I have a favorite celebrity wedding in real life…but I always swoon for the wedding of Jane Villanueva & Rafael Solano on Jane the Virgin and the wedding of Lorelai Gilmore and Luke Danes from Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life.

A favorite movie?

I am a big Bridget Jones Diary fan and anything Disney!

A favorite travel destination?

I have an energetic passion for travel and exploration! One destination I have a particular fondness for is London. I went for the first-time last year to visit family and had the best time.

A favorite Instagram account these days?

@‌thebaliguideline is a current favorite! I am getting married in Bali in the Fall of 2024, so it is always fun to see the fun and vibrant places they are posting about.

The best gift you’ve ever given?

I would personally say the best gifts I have ever given were a surprise birthday trip to NYC for my now fiancé, Bryan, and a design makeover of my sister’s childhood bedroom for her while she was away at summer camp when we were in high school – she was so happy and surprised!
