Our goal for these custom baking-inspired gift boxes was for them to be an accurate representation of Google's brand while also feeling cheery and festive. So, we selected a large white magnetic closure gift box as the vessel for the gifts. Now for our favorite part of the outside presentation - the cozy plaid blanket a top of each gift box! For the final touch, we affixed an 'enjoy' gift tag with gold calligraphy on a sleek red satin ribbon.
Now let's unbox these gift boxes and see what's inside! To bring the baking-theme full circle, we curated an assortment of items that Google employees would need for a luxury at-home baking experience. Designed to be completed as a virtual-team event or at one's leisure, we included a chef's apron, small batch cookie mix sourced directly from a small business, a custom “Google” outline cookie cutter, a package of gluten-free sugar cookie mix, 4 tubes of icing (in Google colors of course!), a silicone baking spatula, a custom blend of Google-colored sprinkles, a Yeti thermos, hot cocoa-on a stick, and small batch dog treats for employee's four-legged friends!
Now for the final touch. To top off these holiday employee appreciation gift boxes, we included a personalized ivory note card (complete with Google's branding of course) thanking each recipient for their commitment over the year, and explaining the idea behind the baking-theme.
