Custom Tote Bags for Wall Street Journal's Camp-Themed Corporate Sales Retreat

Nothing screams summertime quite like going to camp and around here, camp isn't just for kids! Earlier this summer, we designed and executed these custom corporate retreat tote bags for Wall Street Journal's "Camp Renew" at Cedar Lakes Estate in the heart of Hudson Valley, New York. Our goal was to design a functional, yet aesthetically beautiful gift to welcome attendees to kick off their camp experience! (In keeping with the nature theme, if you're a corporate event planner or just a fan of impactful custom corporate event gift design, you'll probably also love these fully custom branded gift boxes we completed for a corporate retreat at Blackberry Farms.)
Now without further ado, keep reading to learn all about these custom curated tote bags!
For the packaging and presentation of these gifts, we chose a sturdy and durable luxe tote bag with embroidered event logo to drive home the nostalgic vintage camping vibe! Complete with a button closure and topped off with a luxe satin ribbon, these could easily be repurposed, transported, and utilized during all the weekends' activities - rain or shine! The theme for the corporate sales retreat was 'Camp Renew' and you'll notice this event logo would consistently appear across all of the curated gift bag contents we carefully packed inside.
Inside each custom tote bag, we aimed for fun yet functional camp necessities. We focused on what every camper would need during the weekend: a warm branded fleece blanket for chilly early mornings and cool evenings, a branded rain poncho for staying dry, and a custom branded baseball hat to keep the sun out of their eyes. With all of the items featuring the 'Camp Renew' insignia, these gifts were super customized to serve as a keepsake moment long after their return home!
We also included a branded reversible green matching notecard inside each tote bag welcoming attendees to the retreat with a personal message from WSJ's leadership. We couldn't think of a better way to kick off this innovative corporate retreat!
