Custom Corporate Retreat Gift Bags For Management Trip To NYC

What better way to welcome your high level executives to the Big Apple than with a branded corporate retreat gift bag? With a mix of sight-seeing, relaxing, goal setting, and connecting with the team on the agenda, we worked with RF Group to custom design gift bags for a corporate management retreat in New York City.

Gender-neutral with premium gift contents was the focus for the custom corporate event gift bags. These luxury branded duffle bags included everything attendees needed for a retreat in the city, even a custom branded t-shirt to wear during training sessions! 

Our goal was to create a modern, and high-end gift bag concept to welcome their executive team to New York City for a retreat. The client wanted the gift bag’s design to feel premium and for the bags to be filled with luxurious - and functional - gift contents that would be enjoyed, not just tossed in the trash.

When designing the retreat gift bags, we also took into consideration the event’s location in NYC as well as the company’s branding to ensure the gift’s colors and aesthetic were cohesive and on brand.

Custom Retreat Gift Bags

We custom designed the retreat gifts in a sleek, black custom branded duffle bag to greet each guest at their hotel upon check in. The duffle bags were printed with the client’s logo, and contained a branded note card with a custom welcome message and retreat itinerary. 

These were perfect event swag gift bags, if we do say so ourselves! Not only could recipients use the duffle bag to take home their new NYC goodies, and it also continues to give long after the event is over, as the bags can be used for future travel.

Inside each retreat gift bag, we aimed for a mix of localized New York themed gift items along with a variety of high end and branded gift contents that would impress the executive team upon arrival. 

We included a custom branded notebook in a refined ultrahyde material, which looks and feels like leather for a high end feel. Next, we included a ball point pen for taking notes, a weighted wireless charger designed by a company based in New York City, and an insulated, branded Camelbak tumbler. Lastly, we included a custom branded cotton t-shirt for recipients to wear to executive training sessions, perfect for a company-wide photo opp!

For sweet and salty snack treats, we included a New York made organic light roast coffee with lemon, hibiscus and wildflower honey notes, and New York white cheddar popcorn. Because no New York trip is complete without a tax ride, we included a custom decorated cookie in the shape of an iconic NYC yellow taxi!
