FULL-TIME PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities include:
- Place orders for stock and non-stock inventory
- Establish and oversee wholesale account relationships
- Establish and oversee project timelines from closed sale to delivery confirmation
- Coordinating delivery service to venues and client locations
- Management of drop shipping accounts
- Assess labor needs and staff accordingly per project
- Pricing and profit analysis
- Gift assembly
The ideal candidate has:
- 1-2 years of project management experience
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- A can-do attitude and excellent work ethic
- A sense of urgency
- Strong organizational and research skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
- Ability to travel within the DC/MD/VA area via own transportation for occasional gift deliveries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine desire to assume a hands-on role and contribute to a growing create small business
Details:
- 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4 pm
- Paid Vacation & Holidays

PART-TIME OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and monitor inventory levels of stocked items
- Custom communication for e-commerce orders
- Gift assembly for custom projects and e-commerce orders
- Perform deliveries in DC/MD/VA
- Shipping and receiving
- Quality control
- Returns and Credit Requests
- Studio organization and neatness
- Errands
The ideal candidate has:
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- A can-do attitude and excellent work ethic
- A sense of urgency
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Outlook
- Ability to travel within the DC/MD/VA area via own transportation for occasional gift deliveries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine desire to assume a hands-on role and contribute to a growing create small business
Details:
- 20 hours per week, Monday-Thursday, 9 am - 1 pm
- Casual Dress Code
- Pay commensurate with experience

SPRING 2019 INTERN
What You’ll Learn:
- Workflow to include ordering, receiving, gift production and delivery coordination
- Relationship building with clients and vendors
- The value of styled shoots from planning to execution to publication
- Social media strategy and analytics
- How to effectively communicate with an online community to gain additional followers as well as deepen relationships with our current following
- How to generate relevant content for a blog and social media
- Current industry trends and how to forecast upcoming trends
The ideal candidate has:
- Coursework or completed degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, and/or Business/Entrepreneurship is preferred
- A good eye for design and all things creative!
- Knowledge of Shopify and Photoshop a plus but not required
- Experience with Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and a knowledge of how to utilize them to generate brand awareness, brand interest, brand loyalty and web traffic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A can-do attitude with willingness to work hard and take ownership of deliverables
- A genuine desire to be part of a small business
- Upbeat personality
Details:
- This is an unpaid internship requiring 20 hours per week; January - May
- We require that our interns apply to receive college credit for their time with us. We complete all necessary documentation required by the intern’s college or university in order for course credit to be granted
