Custom Client Gifts for Maryland Wedding Planner Kari Rider Events

FILED IN: Client & Corporate Gifts

Whether I’m leading our local #TuesdaysTogether meet-up or collaborating with others in the industry, I derive as much joy from working with small business owners as I do working with couples. When Easton, Maryland-based wedding planner Kari Rider of  Kari Rider Events contacted me about creating custom welcome gifts for her event planning clients, I was over the moon. Kari’s brand is tasteful and luxurious and together with her white, blue, and gold color palette, we called upon these key elements of her brand to create her unique gift design.

Each of Kari’s wedding clients received a gorgeous white, high-gloss hat box finished off with dusty blue silk ribbon. One of my favorite details is the gift tag that says, “Cheers”, because it acts as such a fun sneak peek for what is waiting for each couple to discover inside!

There are few things more celebratory than champagne, so a mini bottle of bubbly was a must! Of course champagne is best paired with chocolate, so we included artisan chocolates with beautiful gold foil packaging.

Lastly, a grey pashmina awaits each bride. Similar to a couple’s relationship with their wedding planner, we knew we wanted to include a piece that was everlasting, while still chic and current.

For a final touch, each gift contained personal words from Kari herself. I can only imagine how special each couple will feel as they open the box that we drop-shipped to their home. I only wish I could be there to witness these moments in-person!
