Custom Corporate Event Welcome Gifts for U.S. Open

It was game, set, match for corporate event welcome gifts that we custom designed for the U.S. Open! Our client, Pricewaterhouse Cooper (PwC), wanted to welcome VIP clients to an outing with a custom branded gift that was themed for both the sport of tennis and the location of the U.S. Open in New York City. We worked with PwC to curate  custom corporate event welcome gifts to create excitement for the event from the very beginning when guests arrived, and helped them express thanks and appreciation to some of their very best customers.

We custom curated and designed the gifts with the goal in mind to create a gift reflective of the iconic U.S. Open and the location for this event in New York City that would help express deep appreciation. 

For these tennis themed gifts we chose a modern white square keepsake gift box as the gift's vessel and tied each closed with a white satin ribbon. The white box and gift ribbon allowed all of the other colors of the gifts to pop, and presented a ‘wow’ as soon as it was displayed to their clients.

To add color to the outside of the gifts, a modern tennis themed gift tag was used. Also, stacked on top of the gift box tied under the ribbon bow was a colorful high end keepsake U.S. Open coffee table book for each recipient to enjoy and bring home.

Impactful Branding Opportunities

We love a gift's presentation from start to finish and believe that every part of a gift is an opportunity to add intentionality. We chose green fill to mimic the tennis court which stood out strikingly against the white gift boxes and colorful gift contents.

For chic and useful keepsakes, we included a NYC themed soy candle, a U.S. Open grand slam mug, and a luxury reusable canvas tote bag embroidered with a set of crossed tennis racquets.

For the sweet tooth, we added New York-made gourmet mini chocolate chip cookies, and a an olive oil dark chocolate bar from New York based company. For something savory, we included Hal’s New York kettle chips and to wash it all down, we added two San Pellegrino waters and orange flavored hydration packs.
