It’s all about the nation’s capital with these Washington D.C.-themed custom corporate thank you gifts that we designed for our client, Hilton Worldwide. Focusing on saying a big ‘thank you,’ Hilton Worldwide distributed their custom gift boxes as their corporate executives gathered at the Washington D.C. Waldorf Astoria for an executive leadership meeting. We highlighted the event’s host city with a custom-themed company branded gift set to welcome guests as they checked into the hotel, including a signature cookie shaped like a prominent national monument!
The goal for these custom corporate thank-you gift sets was to express a heartfelt thank you to the executive team not only for their hard work throughout the year but also for traveling and attending the company’s event. It was key to focus the gift’s design and theming around the event’s location, the city of Washington, D.C., while including thoughtful gift items inside that guests who were traveling could use, enjoy, and easily pack up to take home at the end of their trip. And, of course, it was also a priority that the custom gift box’s bold blue color matched the signature Waldorf Astoria brand blue hue.
The sophisticated corporate thank-you gifts for their executive leadership team exuded luxury using the client’s signature brand color of navy blue as the base of the design. Executives were welcomed to their meeting with a personalized gift note on the inside as they opened their gifts, which was packed full with thoughtful gift items for the executive team to use and enjoy during their stay.
To create a relaxing atmosphere in their hotel room, as well as back at home when the event was over, we included a lavender sandalwood room spray and a Washington D.C.-themed candle made by a local company.
Sweet and salty snacks are always a hit in any gift box! For a soothing sip, the gift boxes included two cherry blossom green tea satchels, a nod to the city’s rich history with the famed cherry blossom trees. A sweet treat of a custom designed cookie shaped like the U.S. Capitol Building was included to honor the city’s iconic building. Finally, gourmet white chocolate popcorn made by a local D.C. based company was included with a custom-branded label with the business's logo.
