Marigold & Grey Now Offering Same-Day Local Pick-Up in DC Area

I am SO excited to finally be able to announce this big news: Same-Day Local Pick-Up is now available at checkout when you order from our online shop! This has been a goal of ours for a long time and there always seemed to be other initiatives distracting us. But after witnessing an uptick in requests from DC-area clients and always finding a way to accommodate these requests, we knew it was time to make it official and make it part of our everyday operations! If we pride ourselves on making gifting as stress-free as possible for our clients, then allowing them to order VERY last minute and still pickup the same day just makes sense. (And stay tuned...we have Same Day DC-Area Gift Delivery in the works too!)
Effective immediately, if you are in the DC area (or outside the DC area and feel like making a road trip to our DC-area studio space!) and place an online order by 12 noon EST and select "Local Pickup" at checkout, we will have your order ready for pickup by 2 pm and available for pickup between 2 pm - 5 pm that day. You will receive an email notification the moment your gift is complete and ready to go. You can also pick up the following business day instead, anytime between 8 am and 5 pm EST. We do not offer pickup on the weekends so for orders placed over the weekend, your order will be available for pickup beginning at 2 pm EST on Monday. (This does not apply to gifts with longer than normal lead times including our Add-Your-Own-Logo orders or gifts where customization/monogramming is selected).
Our warehouse address is 4140A Howard Avenue, Kensington MD 20895. Enter through the double doors on the far lefthand side of the building (you'll see the M&G logo on the door). Have a copy of your email confirmation handy so a member of our operations team can quickly verify your order. We do allow for you to send a friend, family member, or courier to pickup on your behalf. Please just provide them with a copy of your email confirmation. And that's it - it really is that easy!
