Luxury Curated Welcome Gifts for Kate Spade New York's Florida Leadership Conference

By far, one of the best parts of this job is having the opportunity to design custom curated welcome gifts for brands that you admire. This project with Kate Spade New York is a prime example. We were asked to create Florida-inspired luxury baskets to welcome the leadership team to their corporate conference while expressing the brand's updated color palette including pink, marigold, and green. We are always up for the challenge of bringing a brand to life in the form of a curated gift and this project was certainly no exception.
We began with selecting the packaging and in this case seagrass baskets made perfect sense to give the gifts a beachy, yet still classy, aesthetic. We filled the curated gift baskets with high end contents such as a pair of Kate Spade sunglasses (different styles individually hand-picked with each recipient in mind) in a pink and hunter green hard case, SunBum SPF spray, mojito gummies for a fun treat, and Pop & Fizz sparkling rosé.
For an added bonus, we included brightly colored pink and white striped Turkish towels by Turkish-T and attached them to the top of the gifts! We've coined this term "double decker gifting" to refer to stacking items on top of the gifts just below the ribbon and tag. We love for recipients to discover a high-quality surprise on top of the gift and then have a whole other layer of contents to discover once they open the basket. It's essentially creating an experience of two gifts rather than just one!
For welcome letters, we included their logo along with a heartfelt message from the leadership team. We did black and white text and logo with a few pops of their new branding colors. (Paper by Just Write Studios)
For finishing touches, we used extra wide marigold ribbon for a super luxe effect and included logo gift tags featuring each recipient's first name. If you're looking to make corporate event gifts extra personal while still remaining professional, this is an excellent way of doing so. You get the professional pop with the logo and then the personal pop by including the first name.
As a full service gifting business, we shipped these directly to the Florida venue fully-assembled so the events team could distribute them right away and not have to worry about anything whatsoever. They could immediately focus on all of the many other remaining items on their to-do lists rather than worrying about gifting. Just how we like it!
