Our 6-Step Custom Corporate Gifting Process for the Holidays
We’ve fine-tuned our custom gift design experience over the years so that it's equal parts luxurious and efficient. We know how busy this time of year gets, and our goal is to take gifting completely off your plate while still delivering unforgettable results.
Here's a step-by-step process of how our custom design process works including and introduction to the team M&G members who make it happen for your business all year long, and especially around the holidays.
Step 1: Inquire
Ready to get started on custom holiday gifts for your business? All you need to do is fill out our corporate holiday custom gifting inquiry form, send us an email, or give us a call via our contact.
You’ll hear from Anne, our Studio Concierge, who will respond quickly to get the process rolling. We’re known for our fast turnaround times, because waiting around during the busiest time of year is no fun for anyone.

Step 2: Communication
Once your custom corporate gifting inquiry is received, Clair, our Account Executive, will walk you through how our services work and offer to schedule a free design consultation with our Design Team via Zoom.
You’ll get clear details on timing, pricing, and what to expect at every step of the way.
Step 3: Retainer & Questionnaire
To officially reserve your gifting project on our holiday calendar, you’ll complete our Custom Gift Design Questionnaire and submit our Project Retainer Agreement.
Once that’s done, it’s official! You can take a minute to pat yourself on the back, your holiday business gifting just got a whole lot easier!
Step 4: Initial Design
Chloe, Paulette, and Mia from our Design Team will take the reins and create your initial gift design concept and pricing proposal, inspired by your brand, goals, and questionnaire responses.
They'll thoughtfully select gifting products, packaging, and presentation details to bring your holiday gifting vision to life in a way that feels elevated, intentional, and on-brand.
Step 5: Design Approval
Next up, you’ll work with Katie, our Director of Sales and Design, to refine your custom corporate holiday gifts until they’re absolutely perfect.
Once you approve the final design and submit payment, it’s time for Casey, our Production and Training Manager, Daisy, our Custom Design Team Lead, along with our expert Production Team to bring your vision to life.
Step 6: Assembly & Delivery
From assembly to shipping and even hotel or venue coordination, Casey and Daisy ensure every detail is handled flawlessly.
