As a result, certain items can become unavailable on occasion and without a lot of notice, especially during Covid-19. In the event an item is unavailable at the time of your order, we reserve the right to substitute an item of the same type, of equal or greater value, and as close to your original item as possible. We will not substitute an item unless the quality and aesthetic meet our extremely high design standards.
NOTECARD INSTRUCTIONS: A complimentary "Happy Holidays" notecard with coordinating envelope and wax seal is included with each gift box purchase. The notecard may be delivered either blank or with a handwritten message of your choice (Limit 150 characters). If you opt for the handwritten notecard, please specify your desired message in the "ADDITIONAL DETAILS" section at checkout. Your notecard message(s) will appear in the confirmation email that you will receive upon submitting your order.

HOLIDAY PRE-ORDERS & SHIPPING SCHEDULE: Holiday Orders are defined as any gift box ordered with a "Happy Holidays," "Happy New Year," "Merry Christmas," or "Happy Hanukkah" gift tag selected. Holiday Orders placed in September, October, and November will be considered PRE-ORDERS and will begin shipping out between December 4th - December 8th in the order in which they were received. Orders placed on or after December 1st, regardless of gift tag selection, will ship according to our standard shipping schedule linked below.
