Hawaii Incentive Trip Gift One:  A Tropical Welcome

To welcome the incentive trip winners to Lanai, we channeled colorful and tropical vibes for a custom branded gift box full of beach vacation essentials. For a unique and useful tech item, we included a Polaroid brand underwater camera along with 32gb memory card to capture memories while lounging by the pool or snorkeling. A lightweight and durable mesh beach tote bag, and an Aloha splash-proof mermaid pouch were included to bring everything they needed to the beach, pool, or on day trips.

A pair of Le Specs brand unisex tort sunglasses, and a mineral sunscreen from a Maui based brand made sure guests would be protected when out in the sun. To help with recovery after a day on the go, we also included the Nori brand travel steam press, a Welly brand travel water bottle, Liquid IV packets, and brightening eye patches. 

A white magnetic keepsake closure gift box with a custom branded belly band ensured each gift box's contents were secure. A custom gift notecard was included to welcome each trip winner to their Hawaiian vacation. A dried starfish topped off this tropical welcome gift as a nod to the beautiful beaches of Hawaii.

Hawaii Incentive Trip Gift Two:  Trendy Pickleball

Team M&G has joined the pickleball craze! The second custom corporate gift set for this Hawaii incentive trip was a trendy pickleball themed gift bag that guests could use during their afternoon activities. We intentionally designed each gift to be useful while on their vacation with items that they might not have thought to pack. The keepsake gift items inside were top quality, high end branded gifts to keep employees thinking of their incentive trip when they are back home.

Each pickleball activity themed gift set started with a set of two custom branded Recess brand pickleball paddles with the company's logo and a pack of pickleballs so that everyone was set up for success on the courts. An iconic Four Seasons Lanai hat provided a bit of sun protection while out on the court. An Apple brand watch was a useful tech gift to track activity, fitness, and sleep - even while by the beach or pool, as the watches are waterproof!

To aide in recovery after a day on the pickleball courts, we included a solstice printed therapy neck wrap, and spa essentials, including a natural body cleanser and hydrator, made by a local Hawaii vendor. 

To tote all their pickleball gear, a RUE de Verneuil brand Traversee tote bag acted as the gift vessel and a chic take home gift for all of their new goods. To tie the gift together, custom gfit notecards and gift tags were included with a satin ribbon. 

Hawaii Incentive Trip Gift Three:  Sunset Jet Take Home

The last gift for the Hawaii incentive trip was geared towards making leaving paradise a bit easier. These custom gift duffel bags were packed full with travel essentials intended to be practical, providing what they needed for the trip home, while also helping the recipients recharge before heading back to work!  

A Landon neoprene carryall duffle from Dagne Dover doubled as the gift bag as well as the perfect luggage to carry all their keepsakes home in. This duffle gift bag in particular is perfect to use for travel as it has a luggage sleeve, exterior phone pocket, interior laptop sleeve, shoe bag, and a crossbody option. 

We filled the duffel bags with travel essentials to make a long flight home more manageable, including a luxurious Brooklinen brand mulberry silk eye mask for guests who want to nap while traveling home, and a premium Bluetooth wireless audio transmitter made using AirPods or wireless headphones easier during a long flight. The a five-piece travel set along with natural energy and calm patches allowed guests to arrive home hydrated and refreshed. For a finishing tough, vintage Hawaiian postcards were included as a fun keepsake to remember their days in the sun.

We also included an Apple brand AirTag along with a coordinating AirTag leather keychain holder. Both items are perfect for recipients to use during travel home with their luggage or any other important travel items they want to keep track of on future trips.
