Bold and Modern Sales Meeting Welcome Gifts

Mission Impossible spy was the inspiration behind these bold and exciting welcome gifts for MGIC’s representatives attending their National Sales Meeting. The company wanted their staff to have thoughtful welcome gifts for all of the attendees while staying true to their brand aesthetic and also highlighting the meeting location of Atlanta, Georgia.

We love the bold and colorful vibes of these modern welcome gifts. Inside each sleek black gift box was an array of locally sourced specialty items from Atlanta and surrounding cities in Georgia. We highlighted the south with Atlanta-made artisan cashews and organic chocolate bars, a bag of Georgia based craft coffee and a Georgia peach lip balm.

Keepsake items included a ceramic travel mug, a six-piece packing cube set to stay organized, a fine point gel pen and a spiral notebook to stay on track during the conference. Each gift box was topped off with a custom branded welcome note and gift tag that represented the brand.

Timeless Elegance Welcome to New York Retreat Gifts

For their company retreat to New York City, LiveRamp wanted to welcome their staff with elegant and timeless welcome gifts that highlighted New York with custom items. The goal was to create gender neutral gifts that were cohesive and complemented the brand without being over the top.

Working with a timeless black and white color palette with touches of gold allowed us to achieve a truly elegant aesthetic for an immersive conference in NYC.   

Local New York gift items anchored these chic welcome gift sets. To make a hotel stay more retreat-like, we included a travel candle, artisan roasted & salted mixed nuts with a custom brand sticker, protein bars, gourmet popcorn, flavored sparkling waters, and a New York-made chocolate bar.

For keepsake items they could use on the go while in NYC and back at home, we included a New York baseball cap and an NYC map etched stainless steel water bottle. Personalized welcome notes were added to each gift box along with a “Welcome to New York” custom gift tag, all tied together with a black ribbon for a chic, monochromatic design.

Inspirational Themed Corporate Event Invitation Gifts

Corporate event welcome gifts don’t just have to be waiting for team members at their hotel or resort. We love the idea of sending a custom gift to event attendees before they leave for their trip so they have a special invitation or helpful items they can put to use while preparing for the trip. We teamed up with Aramark on these “Dare to Inspire” themed welcome gifts that event attendees were gifted prior to attending their corporate event.

The goal was to design intentional gift sets that captured the essence of the book ‘Dare to Inspire’ that was the anchor piece of these gift bags. Aramark also wanted to source gift items from small business that give back wherever possible, a notion that we highly appreciate as a small business! Intentional gifting that makes an impact is never a bad idea.

Starting with the gift vessel itself, each item in these inspirational gifts were useful to recipients. A packing cube acted as our gift box that was full of items to make reading their “Dare to Inspire” books more interactive and intentional. The gift items were stored in custom pouches corresponding to book pages and were to be opened at certain times when working through the book. Gift items included a travel candle, a set of leather cord organizers, and a set of 5 sensory stickers. Each gift set also included a personalized handwritten note and a custom branded gold foil gift tag.

Three-Part Hawaii Incentive Trip Gifts

Samsara wanted to create a series of gifts to welcome and thank employees on their reward trip to Hawaii. The goal was to create three very distinct but on-brand gift sets that would highlight the trip location and the daily activities. We love the idea of surprising employees with not just one welcome gift but with multiple themed gifts to make their trip that much more special and enjoyable.

The first gift design was a traditional welcome gift, waiting for each recipient upon arrival to Lanai. We wanted to highlight the tropical setting and focus on beach related items that would be helpful for a Hawaiian vacation.

For a day by the pool on out on the beach, we included an Aloha splash proof pouch to keep items dry and safe, a Polaroid underwater camera with memory card, a local Maui based sunscreen, a pair of sunglasses, and a mesh beach tote.

Other helpful items included a Nori travel iron press, a travel water bottle and electrolyte packets, and brightening eye masks to aid in recovery from a day in the sun. Each gift was topped off with a dried starfish accent, a custom welcome note, and a custom branded bellyband to hold each gift together.

The second gifts that employees received were pickleball inspired gift bags for those who want to be a bit active on vacation. Rue de Verneuil travel tote bags were chosen as the gift bags and were a great keepsake item for recipients to use in the future.

Inside each tote bag were two custom branded pickleball paddles, a pack of 3 pickleballs, an Apple Watch, and a hotel branded hat. To aid in recovery after a day on the pickleball court, we added a therapy neck wrap and a Malie Luxe spa gift set. A custom branded logo gift tag was tied to the outside of each tote bag.

For the last gifts in the set of three we designed for this Hawaiian retreat was designed with the theme of a ‘sunset jet set’ and contained items to prepare for the trip back home.

Luxe Dagne Dover neoprene duffel bags were the perfect gifting vessel and carry-on luggage for the flight home. Inside each bag was an Apple air tag with a leather case, a bluetooth wireless transmitter, two vintage Hawaii postcards to remember their trip, a silk sleep mask, a five-piece travel spa toiletry set and a set of calming and energizing patches. Each bag also held a farewell gift note and was tied with satin ribbon and a custom branded logo gift tag.

Elevated Dinner Invitation Custom Gifts

For their upcoming corporate event dinner, Atlas wanted us to design custom gifts that would act as invitations to their classic steakhouse themed dinner. What a fun way to welcome attendees to a special dinner event! Keeping with the classic steakhouse theme, we wanted to incorporate items that would be useful while also being elevated and intentional gift sets.

Each item in these interactive dinner invitation gifts could be used in the future to recreate a steakhouse dinner at home. A classic black gift box contained a cotton canvas apron with leather accent details, a linen kitchen towel, a trio of gourmet seasonings, and an olive wood salt cellar with a wooden spoon. To top off each gift, we added an acacia steak serving board and tied everything together with a satin ribbon in a deep burgundy shade.

Two Tier Outdoors Inspired Croatia Incentive Trip Welcome Gifts

To welcome recipients to the President’s Award trip to Croatia, we worked with Molson Coors to create two-tiered welcome gifts that were elevated and useful during travel. We wanted to stay true to the brand’s aesthetic as well as highlight the beautiful destination of Croatia with these outdoors inspired gift bags. All of the gift items, including the gift vessel itself, were reusable and would be helpful items to use during the trip as well as being keepsakes to take home and use many times in the future.

The tier one gifts were Yeti brand backpack soft coolers that contained two quick dry towels, two Dagne Dover brand roll-top dry bags, two mini travel umbrellas, two Dagne Dover brand sling bags and travel water bottles. A custom designed gift tag and bright teal gift ribbon tied everything together.

The tier two gifts were two Dagne Dover brand sling bags that contained travel water bottles that were perfect for packing for a day of hiking or sightseeing around Croatia. Each gift has a custom gift notecard and the same bright teal ribbon tied a custom gift tag to each tote bag.

High End Golf Themed Incentive Trip Welcome Gifts

To build excitement for their upcoming incentive trip to the Masters Golf Tournament, we worked with Holiday Inn Club Vacations to create high end golf-inspired welcome gifts. A special members dinner was being held at the Arnold Palmer Bay Hill Club and that became a starting point for these elevated gift sets. We stayed true to the brand aesthetic using a rich green and gold color palette while gift items highlighted the Arnold Palmer and golf theme.

Each gift box contained two canned tea-lemonades, the drink that golfer Arnold Palmer has made famous, lemon cocktail cubes, two gold rimmed cocktail glasses, a stainless steel gold cocktail spoon and dehydrated orange slices to garnish their drinks. Everything one needs to create a delicious Arnold Palmer cocktail!

Each golf themed gift set also included two Titleist V1 Pro custom branded gold balls and a vanilla beach white chocolate bar. A custom invitation to the members dinner topped off each gift that was nestled in vibrant green paper fill. Custom branded gold foil bellybands held each gift box together in eye-catching fashion.

Cape Cod Themed Retreat Welcome Gifts

To welcome their leadership to retreat in Cape Cod, we collaborated with Alexion to create high-end welcome gifts that highlighted the coastal destination with locally sourced gift items. We wanted each of the gifting elements to be thoughtful and useful during a retreat stay in Chatham as well as stay true to the business brand colors and aesthetic.

A timeless white gift box set the stage for these elegant blue and white coastal welcome gifts. A custom welcome note with a lighthouse was just the beginning of highlighting the beauty of Cape Cod.

Each gift set also included a custom branded portable waterproof speaker, a Cape Cod made bar soap, and locally made candle. For a taste of favorite local treats, we included Cape Cod sea salt caramels and a Cape Cod white chocolate bar. A custom branded, striped Turkish towel was a keepsake items the leadership could take home with them. Each towel was tied to the gift box with a blue satin ribbon and custom branded gift tag.

Beach Themed Incentive Trip Welcome Tote Bags

Welcome to Aruba! To welcome their President’s Club award winners to Aruba, we worked with Digital Prospectors to create thoughtful and useful welcome gifts with a beach theme. The goal was to highlight the tropical destination of Aruba while also feeling personal and useful to the recipients. 

A Yeti brand cooler tote bag doubled as both the gifting vessel and a useful gift item to pack all their belongings for a day at the beach. Inside each tote bag was Sunbum brand sunscreen, a locally made Aruba aloe mist spray, a custom branded wet bag, a set of flavored waters, and an amenity kit that contained an SPF lip balm, coconut oil hydrating wipes, a ChapStick saving tube and hydration packets.

Other useful items packed inside were keepsake items to take home and use in the future including a pair of custom trucker hats, a set of custom Patagonia brand UPF protection shirts, a set of two Sand Cloud towels, a set of collapsible water bottles, a palm tree bottle opener and an Aruba magnet. Digital Prospectors made sure their award winners had everything they needed to enjoy the sun and the beach upon their arrival to Aruba! A seashell-printed ribbon and custom gift tag made each gift identifiable.

Festive Celebration Corporate Event Milestone Gifts

One hundred years of retail business is certainly worth celebrating! Our goal in creating milestone gifts for Montblanc’s retail BTQ staff was to create excitement around this milestone occasion. We wanted the gifts to have a festive vibe while staying true to the luxury aesthetic of the brand.

Working with a timeless color palette of black and white with gold accents set the tone for these high end and aesthetically pleasing celebration gifts. To anchor these festive milestone gift boxes, we included a box of glitter star party hats, custom black and gold confetti, a ‘cheers to 100’ glitter banner, and a custom gold tin candle.

Sweet treats include sweet & salty popcorn with a custom logo sticker, custom branded cookies, and a custom 9-piece chocolate set. Montblanc provided elegant pens and pins in a slide box as keepsake items for each recipient. A custom thank you notecard topped off each gift. Custom branded gift bellybands highlighted the brands luxury aesthetic.
