We believe in open and transparent communication. It's one of our core values. In times like these, this type of communication is more important than ever!
I'm personally posting today to update you on what Marigold & Grey is doing to care for both our employees and clients during this recent COVID-19 pandemic.
- We are drastically increasing the strength and frequency of cleaning and disinfection in our studio, focusing heavily on frequently-touched surfaces such as tables, doorknobs, light switches, handles, desks, toilets, faucets, and sinks, per CDC guidelines. We are also taking increased measures to sanitize inventory coming into our studio wherever possible and recycling incoming cardboard and packaging materials as quickly as possible.
- We are encouraging employees to wash hands frequently throughout the day including before they handle any inventory. We are also encouraging employees to maintain adequate distance between one another when working and conducting meetings as well as finding temporary alternatives to handshakes, high-fives, hugs, etc.
- We are encouraging our team members to stay home if they are ill and working as a team to pick up the slack in their absence so they don't feel pressure to return before they are fully well. We are closely monitoring CDC.gov for updates and communicating these updates to our team so they can remain safe both inside and outside of the workplace.
- We are in direct communication with our clients whose corporate events and weddings are being rescheduled/cancelled to offer both creative solutions and flexibility as best we possibly can.
The health and well-being of our clients, team, and community are of utmost importance to us. We will continue to do our part. Thank you for your steadfast support of Marigold & Grey, not just during the challenging times like this, but all of the time.
