Step 2: Free Consultation
We believe in making informed decisions, which is why we offer a free consultation when you're considering custom corporate gifts.
After reviewing the details of your inquiry, we’ll send you all the information you need to determine if we’re the right fit for your corporate gifting project. This is a chance for you to get to know us and learn a little bit more about our pain free process. Our job is to take the stress of gifting off of your plate. You have a million other things to do in your business, so we handle everything from design to sourcing to production to assembly to shipping, so you don't have to worry.
During our consultation, we’ll dive deeper into your unique gifting needs, such announcing a brand activation, designing unique welcome gifts for a corporate event, or a desire to thank hard working employees. We'll discuss design ideas and explore how we can bring your brand to life through custom gift design.
Step 3: Retainer and Questionnaire
Once you’ve decided to move forward with us, the next step is to officially reserve your custom project on our gift production calendar. A spot on our calendar ensures that your gifts arrive on time and on budget.
To secure your spot, you'll complete our signature "Custom Gift Design Questionnaire" to help us understand every detail about your vision. Along with the questionnaire, we’ll ask you to sign a "Retainer Agreement," solidifying the next steps and ensuring we're aligned on timelines and expectations.

Step 4: Initial Designs
With all the formalities behind us, we’ll get to work on curating your custom corporate gift design.

Step 6: Ordering and Receiving
After you’ve given your final approval on the design, the fun begins! Our design team starts sourcing the items that will make up your custom gifts.

Our Operations Team takes charge of the gift assembly process, ensuring each gift is perfectly curated and packaged with the utmost attention to detail. We carefully quality check each gift, including the packaging and gift contents, and hand pack each gift one-by-one, arranging the items so that the gifts arrive just as beautiful as when the leave our studio.
Our Production Manager oversees the entire process, from the final touches on the gifts to their smooth journey through shipping and delivery.
