Custom Colorado Mountain Wedding Welcome Gifts

Welcoming guests to Colorado with a little taste of the mountain life was the goal of these custom wedding welcome gifts that we designed for our clients, H & B. For their gorgeous wedding in the mountains, we helped them set to tone for the entire wedding weekend at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch in Colorado, designed by Affairs With Flair, with custom welcome boxes to greet each guest from out of town and get them excited for their big weekend ahead.
Our goal was to create beautiful and meaningful welcome gifts to offer a warm Colorado greeting to the couple's wedding guests traveling into the mountains for their special day.
The couple wanted their welcome gifts to set the tone for the rest of the wedding weekend, yet be thoughtful and tie back to their wedding's location with a touch of a mountain vibe. Using their mountain sunset inspired wedding color palette, and the couple's custom watercolor wedding crest design, we custom designed their welcome gifts with inspiration from Colorado's wild flowers.
Custom Mountain Wedding Welcome Gifts
With steel blue, shades of white and ivory, and pops of coral, their custom welcome gifts were packed full of thoughtful gift box contents for guests to use throughout the weekend. Think: sparkling waters, chocolate, trail mix from a local Colorado company, and more. To help wedding guests enjoy and remember their time in Colorado, the gifts also included keepsake items such as a wildflower seed packet from a local Colorado based company, insulated water bottle with the Colorado Rocky Mountain park badge design and, of course, a custom "altitude" amenity kit. (For some other weddings, we call this a hangover kit, but when in the mountains...!)
These welcome gifts greeted each wedding guest at the resort upon check-in and even included a special note from the couple thanking them for joining in their wedding celebration as well as an itinerary to guide them through the wedding weekend that awaits them.
