Welcome to the big day party vibe was the goal these custom wedding welcome gift boxes for out-of-town hotel guests at the InterContinental Hotel at The Wharf in Washington, D.C. Led by DC area wedding designer, Grit & Grace, the couple hosted a super fun wedding weekend full of personal celebrations and unique details and they wanted a special gift set to welcome each guest.

With a modern color palette of black and neutral with pops of bright colors like pin, teal and orange from the custom designed wedding weekend welcome booklet, we custom designed their wedding welcome gifts to be filled with useful celebration inspired treats reflecting their heritage and the city of Washington where their wedding was located, as well as take-home gifts guests could savor and remember the couple long after the wedding celebration was over.

Guests also appreciated the custom welcome booklets designed by Emily Baird with a welcome letter from the couple as well as local things to do and an itinerary for the weekend.

Key West Wedding Welcome Beach Totes With Monogram

For their fun wedding weekend at The Hemingway Home in Key West, FL planned by destination wedding planner Salt Wife Weddings, this couple wanted custom designed wedding welcome gifts for their out-of-town wedding guests with a beach inspired theme to show their guests know how much they love and appreciate them!

Their custom wedding welcome gifts were reflective of their personalities, their wedding location in Florida, and at the same time the gifts were fun and practical, so guests could use what they were gifted again. We custom designed a reusable jute tote bag with their wedding monogram and filled it with a curated selection of snacks and keepsake items like tumblers, sunscreen, cookies, sparkling waters and, of course, key lime flavored pretzels.

Vibrant Desert In Palm Springs Custom Wedding Welcome Gifts

For their vibrant desert themed wedding at the Ace Hotel in Palm Springs, CA, the couple wanted wedding welcome gift boxes to get their wedding guests excited for their wedding and set the tone for the entire wedding weekend celebrations. We custom designed a Palm Springs-themed wedding welcome gift design to be a colorful and thoughtful gift that welcomed guests to a fun wedding weekend in Palm Springs.

The custom welcome gifts were appropriate for their wedding aesthetic, and full of items that hotel guests could enjoy during the weekend and then take home as a keepsake to remember their special wedding day. The custom gift sets were filled with California inspired keepsakes and a selecting of gourmet snacks. Of course, we had to include a custom cookie designed after the couple’s Bernedoodle, Bus!

Art Deco Inspired Modern Wedding Welcome Gift Boxes

For their Washington DC wedding at the Conrad Hotel designed by DC area wedding designers, Grit & Grace, our couple wanted to provide their wedding guests with convenient and fun items that guests would appreciate having in their hotel rooms. With an art deco inspired theme with navy blue and black with touches of floral to coordinate with their wedding’s design aesthetic, we custom designed memorable wedding welcome gift boxes to greet each guest at the hotel. 

The custom welcome gifts offered a modern and warm gift set filled with edible treats and keepsakes as well as information about the wedding weekend, including an itinerary and a list of local things to do in a welcome booklet designed by Fig 2. Design. The gift sets also included a custom amenity kit in a monogrammed bag filled with mints, hydration packs and medicine.

Colorado Pastel Themed Custom Wedding Welcome Gifts

For their mountain chic wedding at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch in Colorado designed by Affair With Flair, the couple wanted a welcome gift to provide a warm welcome to all of their wedding guests as all of them were traveling from far to attend their wedding. We custom designed their colorful wedding welcome gifts to give a warm first impression to their guests and help them kick off a fun energy for the entire wedding weekend.

The beautiful and meaningful welcome gifts were inspired by Colorado's wild flowers as well as the couple’s watercolor wedding crest design with a touch of a mountain vibe and filled with delicious Colorado-themed treats and reusable contents like a water bottle and amenity kit. The custom gift boxes also include a personalized welcome message of appreciation for their guests along with a wedding itinerary and travel information.

Martha’s Vineyard Beach Inspired Wedding Welcome Totes

With their custom Martha’s Vineyard inspired wedding welcome gifts, the couple’s goal was to design a cohesive welcome gift for their wedding guests and welcome them to the island for their wedding at The Allen Farm planned by With Grace. 

We custom designed their wedding welcome gifts to combine both edible and keepsake treats in a fun reusable tote bag printed with a map of Martha’s Vineyard that would share a little piece of Martha’s Vineyard with their guests. In addition to a welcome letter from the couple designed by Fete Collection, the tote bags for hotel guests included a custom beach hat and edible treats such as a salted corn snack mix, and, of course a custom cookie depicting the couple’s American Bulldog, Yams!

Cherry Blossom DC Wedding Custom Welcome Gift Boxes

For their wedding at the Four Seasons in Washington, D.C. planed by Caroline Dutton Events the couple wanted to embrace DC’s famed Cherry Blossom trees and give their wedding guests a feel for their life in the nation’s capital. We custom designed a classic and romantic inspired unique set of wedding welcome gifts to welcome their wedding guests to Washington, D.C. with treats and keepsakes inspired by the city.

With a soft and romantic color palette of pink, gray and white, we designed the welcome gifts to coordinate with the couple’s wedding color aesthetic as well as feel elegant with a slight garden inspiration. Gifts were filled with edible gifts from local DC bakeries and companies the couple’s frequents. To further personalize the couple’s welcome gifts, we incorporated a bird entry log journal to help capture meaningful details and experiences while bird watching to give guests an insight into some of the couple's favorite things to do.

For their wedding at the AutoShop in Washington, DC’s Union Market designed by Ida Rose Events, the Baltimore loving couple wanted to set the tone for their wedding weekend and welcome their guests to the city. A modern black and orange vibe set the tone their wedding welcome gifts for this couple from Baltimore.

For their custom wedding welcome gifts, we custom designed beautiful yet meaningful gifts to welcome guests to their special day filled with Baltimore and Maryland theme contents from local companies such as Natty Boh koozies, the Baltimore Orioles, Old Bay seasoned nuts as well as a custom Domino Sugars sign cookie. The gifts were completed with a custom amenity kit with a welcome letter and itinerary for the weekend designed by Emily Baird.
