Top earning sale executives earned a beach vacation to Hawaii and a unique and thoughtful gift was waiting for them upon check-in at the resort. We can think of no better way to congratulate and appreciate your employees than to surprise them in this most unexpected way!
For these custom incentive trip gifts, our goal was to create an exciting and unique corporate gift design concept to treat every trip recipient and their guest. We designed each Hawaii-inspired welcome gift basket to include their brand, but not overly branded, with the company logo along with event information and a welcome letter to greet guests. We used the location as inspiration (because how could you not!?) and filled each gift set with colorful and locally-sourced Hawaii contents to strike the perfect balance between edible treats and keepsake items.
Sales executives earned a week-long beach vacation so we packed these Hawaiian beach-themed baskets full of locally sourced treats that all guests could enjoy on their trip and get a taste of the Hawaiian islands with macadamia nuts, pineapple rings, and more. We also included keepsake items to honor their hard work and for them to remember their trip, including Hawaiian postcards, small batch candles, and more. The Hawaii inspired gift contents were travel size because all of the recipients traveled to the destination and would have to fly home again, as well as being gender neutral so that all guests felt included and appreciated.
