When working with the same client over numerous years, it’s always a fun challenge to create new gift sets that stand out from past gift designs, but are also cohesive to their brand values. Our goal in working with our client to create custom welcome gifts for guests staying at their rental property was to create an elevated and thoughtful gift that was also useful to their guests. We wanted the gifts to reflect the condo rental property's vibe in Panama City, Florida along with the company's brand aesthetics.

While designing useful gifts for a beach location that would also feel high end and luxurious for guests staying at this property, we started from the outside by choosing large Polarbox coolers as the gifting vessel. What better keepsake gift for condo renters than a trendy cooler that’s perfect for their days by the pool or out on the waves?

Inside each cooler box was a bluetooth speaker, cooling after sun lotion, cold brew coffees with coconut water, and sea salt bar soap. For a few sweet treats, we added saltwater taffy and sea salt chocolates. A custom gift note card welcoming rentals to Florida were placed in each cooler, with a custom branded gift tag and white ribbon tied each gift together.

Chic Pool Party Inspired Client Gifts

To thank their pool clients, National Pools wanted to express their appreciation with pool party inspired client gifts that were high end and useful. They wanted to create luxury gift sets that were professional in appearance and on-brand while also being enjoyable for their clients. Their brand colors are blue, white, and black, so we sourced gifts in this chic color palette to stay true to the business’ brand identity.

We wanted all of the gift items to be useful for a day by the pool and also safe to use poolside. We started with a navy striped Turkish towel because anyone with a pool knows that you can never have enough towels for you and your guests!

We added a mini bluetooth speaker to set the party vibes along with an outdoor citronella candle, a pool paddle set, a bar of artisan dark chocolate and a set of insulated drink tumblers. Everything was packed in an elegant navy gift box for a chic monochromatic look. A custom thank you notecard and custom branded gift tag topped off each personalized gift set.

March Madness Themed Client Appreciation Gifts for PWC

You probably already know that we at team M&G love a good theme for our custom gifting designs! When you have clients traveling for an event, a location-based welcome gift is the perfect way to help everyone familiarize themselves with a new city. Working with our corporate clients, PWC, the goal was to create thoughtful and exciting gifts that would seamlessly blend the Boston destination with an NCAA Basketball theme.

To balance the blended themes of basketball and Boston, we sourced locally made items to highlight each aspect. A Boston themed ceramic mug and custom Boston hat anchored these custom client appreciation gifts as keepsake items the recipients could use again after their trip.

Also included inside each gift was a custom branded bluetooth speaker, a favorite local Boston-made coffee, a sneaker cleaning kit, gourmet popcorn, and chocolate basketballs. A custom branded gift tag and black ribbon tied each gift box together.

Modern Tech Themed Client Appreciation Gifts

Wanting to stay true to their brand, we worked with DovetailEd Sourcing to create academic inspired client appreciation gifts. Their brand color palette of navy and emerald green gave us a modern starting point for professional and cohesive gifts that were full of useful items and a few treats as well.

We sourced gifts that would complement the academic space while being useful to teachers and administrators in a school setting. Helpful tech based items included a custom branded wireless charging pad, tech cleansing wipes, a leather cord organizer, and a clip on ring light. A hardcover lined notebook and classic rollerball pen in the brand colors will help recipients stay organized and on task.

We topped off these custom appreciation gifts with a few treats like gourmet popcorn and an artisan dark chocolate bar. A custom branded gift tag and deep green ribbon held everything together in a sleek ivory gift box that allowed the green and blue theming to stand out.

‘Welcome to Las Vegas’ was the theme for these VIP client appreciation gift sets designed for the suite holders of the NFL Detroit Lions team. We had a ball designing these custom gift boxes with an NFL Super Bowl and Las Vegas theme full of locally inspired gift items. We used a vibrant color palette of black, red, and purple to give a cohesive design with the NFL Super Bowl LVIII logo.

The Detroit Lions wanted their suite holders to feel special upon their welcome to Las Vegas for the Super Bowl. We included a Las Vegas map insulated tumbler along with stainless steel dice drink stones and a locally sourced Las Vegas candle.

For a sweet treat, we had to include custom cookies in the shape of the Lombardi trophy along with popcorn with a custom sticker label and Las Vegas based Super Bowl chocolates. An NFL Trivia card deck will help pass the time waiting for the big game to start while Advil and hydration packs will help with recovery after a night on the Las Vegas Strip. A custom appreciation note was included in each gift along with a custom gift tag featuring the Super Bowl logo.

To celebrate a significant corporate milestone, Fifth Third wanted to create custom gifts to thank their employees who worked diligently to help achieve the milestone. We worked with them to create on-brand gifts that would help to demonstrate their investment and commitment to building their firm while also thanking their staff for helping to achieve the milestone of hitting $1B AUM. We stayed true to the brand’s colors working in shades of blue, platinum and pearl, while also adding a few pops of gold for a truly celebratory feel.

A navy blue gift box anchored these custom employee appreciation gifts that were filled with custom logo branded cookies, branded chocolates, a soy candle, a stemless champagne flute, champagne bubble gummies and a brass framed milestone plaque. Custom confetti filler added a special personalized touch along with a custom thank you note card and custom logo branded gift tag.

‘Support each other’ was one of the '5 to Thrive' sales pledges made by MGIC and was also the theme of these custom designed employee appreciation gifts. To thank their top agents for their hard work and congratulate them on achieving Platinum Club, Neighborhoods.com wanted to create modern and elevated gifts to express their appreciation. Working in their business color palette of black, grey, and red allowed us to create luxurious feeling custom employee appreciation gift boxes.

These modern, gender neutral gift sets were full of useful items and a few indulgences too. A black linen lined journal and elegant pen allows for self reflection while enjoying a cold brew coffee in a stainless steel insulated tumbler keepsake. Small batch dark chocolate, artisan cashews, and a striped cotton throw blanket topped off these high end appreciation gifts.

2- Tier Charcuterie Board Inspired Client Gift Sets

When working with a catering company to design custom client appreciation gift sets, it was a no brainer to choose a charcuterie board inspired theming! Ridgewells Catering wanted to create not just one custom gift design, but two custom charcuterie themed gift sets for their tiered client thank you gift boxes. We worked in their purple and white branding to create two different luxurious client appreciation gifts that featured items from their own catering brand.

We wanted each charcuterie themed client gift to feel luxurious and cohesive, no matter which level gift a client was receiving. Both gift sets were full of gourmet and delicious edible treats.

The first gift design had a celebratory cocktail theme and included two amethyst coasters, a set of two crystal champagne flutes, a bottle of Prosecco, cocktail fruit with a custom label, cocktail syrup and custom branded chocolates. A custom branded bellyband secured each gift box for immediate brand recognition.

A jar of company's own in-house made jam with a custom label along with a the client's own branded nut trail mix finished each gift set. Corporate client Accenture was welcoming VIP clients to Las Vegas for the NFL's Super Bowl and wanted to create thoughtful and innovative custom client appreciation gifts to welcome suite holders for the weekend getaway. We used their branding colors in shades of purple that was perfect for an upscale welcome gift with a bit of Vegas glam that set the tone for an exciting Super Bowl weekend.

To highlight the Vegas location for the Super Bowl, we sourced many unique items to fit the theme. A Vegas sidecar candle and rechargeable lighter along with a wireless portable record player and a U2 vinyl added a bit of comfort to their hotel stay. Custom cookies designed to look like the iconic ‘Welcome to Las Vegas’ neon sign and Las Vegas based Super Bowl chocolates provided a sweet treat. A Las Vegas travel guide and high-quality playing cards rounded out these upscale gifts. Custom branded ‘Welcome to Las Vegas’ neon belly bands held together each gift box for a personalized touch.
