Memorable Custom Gift Basket Designs

It’s all about the details when designing custom curated gifts and we’re excited to share one of our favorite gift design details here at team M&G - luxury gift baskets. What we love he most about gift baskets is that the gift container is a part of the gift and there is little-to-no waste or unnecessary items. We call that a gifting win-win right down to the tiniest of details!

It was hard to narrow down the gift basket choices, as each design was more gorgeous and creative than the next, but someone has to do it! Please enjoy our team's favorite custom gift basket designs.

When designing gifts we always consider its usefulness just as much as we consider the goal of the gift, the customer's brand aesthetic, or the event's theme. We curate each gift to make sure that it is cohesive and full of useful items that recipients will enjoy, so that from start to finish all parts of the gift is, well, a gift.

One of the ways that we make sure gifts are memorable and continue to give long after they are opened is with a gorgeous basket as the container for the gift contents. We carefully source gorgeous gift baskets so that the gift container is just as much a part of the gift as the keepsakes and treats inside.

Empower and Appreciate

For corporate gifting client, Howard Bailey, our goal was to create a fun and colorful fiesta themed gift concept for an employee appreciation event at the end of the year. They wanted to empower their employees and show immense appreciation for all of the hard work. The custom gift baskets were bright and cheery while the gift design was purposeful and well thought out with attention to detail so that employees felt recognized.

For the party-in-a-basket gifts, we included a mix of items that would be purposeful, on theme and coordinate nicely together for a complete fiesta gift concept, including a handmade salsa bowl, a gourmet margarita flavored mild salsa as well, as a wireless waterproof speaker to get the party started. Each gift included a branded appreciation note card and was packed in a high-end seagrass basket, tied with a colorful ribbon and branded gift tag.

Women Empowerment

As a women owned and operated business, we have a special place in our hearts for gifts that support and encourage women. Whether that’s through the gift contents that we choose, like in our ready-to-ship gift collection of 100% woman made gifts, or in the case of the custom welcome gift baskets designed for Berkadia for a women’s empowerment themed conference.  

Our goal was to create gift baskets that welcomed attendees to a woman's conference retreat, while reinforcing the theme of women empowerment! Each attendee was greeted at hotel check in with a luxurious woven seagrass gift basket tied together with satin ribbon, and a coordinating welcome gift tag featuring the event’s logo.

Inside the retreat gift basket was a custom branded welcome letter with a personalized message as well as gift contents from women-owned small businesses, including a luxe butterfly printed scarf, rosewater facial toner spritz, bath scrub, lavender rosebud salve, and gourmet raspberry gummies. 

Women's empowerment is a gift theme that we can definitely get behind! 

Tropical Welcome

To welcome guests for a relaxing stay at their Airbnb rental properties, we worked with our client to custom design beach themed gift baskets with a tropical vibe that evoked a sense of calm and restfulness. We, of course, packed them with beach and travel essentials that guests would need when staying at their new vacation home away from home.

Upon arrival, guests were greeted with a welcome basket full of thoughtful and carefully selected gifts to help them settle into vacation mode, including a personalized note from the hosts, luxurious beach towel, a canvas beach hat, a bottle of sunscreen, gourmet crackers and elderflower sparkling water, decadent pineapple crisps and an oat milk chocolate bar.

We can feel the sea breeze and smell the salt air and just thinking about these gift baskets!

Wedding Weekend Welcome

For their wedding weekend celebration in the Dominican Republic, our clients wanted to not only thank their friends and family for traveling to their destination wedding, but also want to give them beach essentials that they may have forgotten to pack. Their custom wedding welcome gift baskets also need to be lightweight and travel-friendly, so guests could take their gifts home with ease.

Sunscreen and a beach towel, what more could you need for a tropical destination get-away to celebrate your favorite couple getting married?

Inside each beach themed gift basket - in addition to sunscreen and a luxurious striped beach towel, of course - we packed two pairs of sunglasses, a bottle of water, and an assortment of gourmet treats and snacks to enjoy on the beach or poolside. We also included a custom printed welcome note from the couple as well as an itinerary for the weekend's festivities so that guests knew when to be where. 

Gift of Gratitude

As much as you love your friend, being a bridesmaid is a lot of work and our bride wanted to be sure that each of her wedding party members knew how much they were appreciated. As a token of appreciation for being in her bridal party, our bride prepared a custom designed gift basket for each of her bridesmaids to enjoy and feel the love.

On the morning of her wedding, bridesmaids were greeted in the bridal suite with a luxurious gift basket full of wedding morning getting ready essentials, including a mini bottle of Prosecco, a can of sparkling water, two oranges, champagne gummy candy, and gourmet espresso chocolate candies.

Each bridesmaid gift basket was tied with a gorgeous silk ribbon (in the couple’s wedding color palette, of course!) and a custom calligraphy gift tag that read, “a token of gratitude, love alana.”
