Wedding guests heading to the South Carolina coast were greeted with modern, elegant black and white custom wedding welcome gifts. These chic welcome gifts were perfect for a golf club wedding in the South. Our wedding couple wanted their guests to feel appreciated for traveling to their wedding celebration while also highlighting the wedding location and onyx color palette.

Inside the elegant black linen hat boxes were local snacks to ensure wedding guests would have a midnight snack after wedding day. Southern kettle chips, praline pecans and custom Palmetto tree shaped cookies filled each box so guests had both sweet and salty options. The custom cookies highlighted the South Carolina flag while a custom monogram wax seal on the pralines added an extra touch of personalization. This monogram design was repeated on the custom gift tags and thoughtful welcome note from the bride and groom to tie the entire gift design together.

Chic Florida Wedding Welcome Tote Gift Bags

A Florida wedding often means tropical or beach themed wedding welcome gifts. For this Key Largo, Florida wedding, we worked with the bride, the groom, and YSD Events to create an elevated welcome gift bag that was chic and useful. A soft color palette of green, white and light pink hinted at tropical vibes without being kitschy. An added bonus to these custom wedding welcome gifts is the reusable tote bag that guests can take home and use in the future.

Inside these jute tote bags, guests received a custom amenities pouch that included sunscreen, medicine, electrolyte packets, and calming eye masks. Everything you need for a recovering after a day in the Florida sun! It’s always a nice idea to include useful items in your wedding welcome gifts, things that guests might forget to pack for themselves while traveling. 

Sweet and salty snacks were included, chocolate chip cookies and pretzels sealed with a custom monogram wax seal. This personal touch was used on the amenities bag as well as the custom floral monogram gift tags on the outside of each gift bag, tied with a soft pink ribbon.

Studio 54 Themed Wedding Welcome Gifts

Team M&G loves a good theme and we were excited to collaborate with Grit & Grace Events on these custom wedding welcome gifts when we heard the theme was going to be “Studio 54” as the wedding day was on 5/4! With the wedding being held at The Conrad in Washington, DC, we knew that something chic and sleek was the perfect look for these wedding welcome gifts.

The bride and groom wanted to take care of their wedding guests, so they requested we include something to drink, something to snack on, and an amenity kit. Done, done and done!

All of the gifts sourced for the inside of the chic Studio 54 themed welcome gifts were in the black and white color palette of the wedding design. Custom amenity kits included medicine, and hydration packets and were branded with a custom monogram design on the pouches.

Mixed nuts provided a salty snack while mini black and white cookies and Prosecco dark chocolate cordials made sure anyone with a sweet tooth would also be satisfied. Two cans of water topped off the gifts so guests would be well hydrated for wedding day.

The black and white theming continued with a thank you note card from the bride and groom that also included the wedding weekend itinerary - always a helpful item to include in your wedding welcome gifts!

Contemporary Wedding Welcome Gifts Featuring The Couple’s Pet

Including your favorite treats in your custom wedding welcome gifts is a thoughtful and easy way to add a personal touch when welcoming your guests for wedding weekend. It’s not always possible for the wedding couple to include their beloved pet on wedding day, so making them a part of the wedding welcome gift is a heartfelt way to include them in the wedding festivities. These elegant and contemporary wedding welcome gift bags were themed to the bride and groom’s wedding color palette of pink and white and also included their pet dog, Baci.

Inside each reusable jute tote bags, guests found useful items and yummy treats. A custom amenity pouch with medicine, and mints featured the bride and groom’s name and wedding date. Voss brand glass water bottles, Hal’s New York Popcorn, white chocolate covered pretzels and Baci Perugina chocolates were included so guests would have some of the couple’s favorite snacks during wedding weekend.

To personalize their welcome gift bags even more, custom stickers featuring the wedding venue were used on the bags of pretzels and a custom wax seal on the Baci candies. But what really stole the show were the custom cookies modeled after the couple’s pet dog who is also named Baci.

A custom gift notecard thanking their wedding guests was included in each gift bag along with a floral monogram crest gift tag that was tied onto each bag with white ribbon. We love the way the pink monogram pops against the neutral tones of these custom wedding welcome gift bags.

Desert-Inspired Wedding Welcome Gifts for New Mexico Wedding

Our next favorite custom wedding welcome gifts took us to the Southwest for chic desert inspired gift sets. We worked with our bride and groom and 42 North Events to create locale-based gifts for the wedding guests that highlighted how special the location is to the couple and also provide lasting keepsakes to keep the wedding weekend memories going long after the wedding itself.

To highlight the gorgeous desert setting for this summer wedding on Cochiti Pueblo outside of Santa Fe, we worked with a stunning color palette of neutral tones, shades of green and earthy clay pinks. The overall look and feel provided calming tones and highlighted many local goodies.

These custom wedding welcome gifts stood out right from the start with bold copper colored gift boxes. Inside, some of the couple’s favorite local treats were sourced to highlight some of the best New Mexico has to offer.

For snacks, we included sparkling rose gummies, local pistachios with a custom wax seal, and a locally-made chocolate bar in a fun western themed wrapper. A custom altitude amenity kit was included in each gift that contained sunscreen, medicine, hydration packs, and locally made lip salve and lavender mist.

For keepsakes, two custom New Mexico hats and a set of Georgia O’Keefe playing cards were in each gift box, along with a palo Santo candle to make their hotel stay more comfortable.

Each gift was completed with a custom thank you note from the bride and groom and tied off with personalized gift tags for each recipient, tied together with a soft pink ribbon.

Timeless Texas White and Gold Wedding Welcome Gifts

Southern states are all about hospitality and our next wedding welcome gifts were designed to thank wedding guests for traveling to Texas for a wedding celebration. A warm welcome and surprise gift waiting upon hotel check-in will always be a hit with your wedding guests!

We designed these timeless and classic wedding welcome gifts to match the Texas wedding color palette of all white and gold. Adding gold to the color palette instantly makes things feel luxurious and opting for high quality gift items elevated these custom wedding welcome gifts.

To make guests feel well taken care of, custom monogrammed amenity kits with medicine packs, and electrolyte packets were included in each gift box. A set of Voss brand waters, gourmet popcorn, artisan crackers and a Prosecco flavored white chocolate bar provided snacks for pre or post wedding.

A custom iced cookie featured the couple’s monogram which was also used on the amenities pouch and as a wax seal on the popcorn bag. A gold cowboy boot bottle opener was a fun keepsake for each guest to take home and use in the future.

Each gift was topped off with an custom thank you notecard and tied together with gold ribbon and a gold foil gift tag.

Southern Glam Florida Wedding Welcome Gifts

Your wedding welcome gifts are a great way to introduce your guests to the wedding location, especially if it’s a destination many of the guests have not visited before or may not be familiar with. Amelia Island, Florida is very special to this particular couple as it’s a family vacation spot that is close to their hearts and they wanted to highlight this unique location for their wedding guests with custom Southern glam wedding welcome gifts.

We worked with Wile Events to craft these playful and colorful custom wedding welcome gifts in a color palette of fuchsia, mandarin and peach. This warm color palette hints at the beachy locale without being over the top. The bride and groom are big Jacksonville Jaguar fans and wanted to include a nod to their favorite NFL team with custom cookies.

In addition to the personalized details of these welcome gifts, the couple wanted to make sure their wedding guests had everything they needed upon arrival to Amelia Island. Included in the white gift boxes were sparkling sodas, pimento cheese chips (a favorite in the South!), a white chocolate bar and the custom Jaguars shaped cookies.

A monogrammed amenity kit held Florida based sunscreen, hydration packets and medicine. Rosewater facial mist and an Amelia Island candle along with monogrammed drink coolers were included as keepsakes for the wedding guests to use while in Florida and also back in their hometowns.

Custom notecards with a citrus theme - another nod to the Florida location - included a thank you message from the wedding couple along with the details of the wedding weekend itinerary. Each glam gift box was tied together with green ribbon and custom gold foil monogrammed gift tags.

Beach Essentials Cabo Wedding Welcome Gifts

When planning a destination wedding, welcome gifts are a great way to make your wedding guests feel extra appreciated while also making sure they have all the essentials they need after traveling.

For these custom wedding welcome gifts for a destination wedding in Cabo, Mexico, our wedding couple wanted to strike a balance between including some of their favorite items while also adding some essentials that are local to the destination. They also wanted to tie in their wedding color palette of blush and terracotta tones with sage green and orange.

Most of all, they wanted their wedding welcome gifts to be fun! And we were certainly on board with that!

Working with a beach feel that wasn’t overly formal, we started with kraft colored gift boxes to ground the neutral, earthy tones of the overall design. Custom wax seals were used on bags of pineapple and chili pepper Mexican crisps for a taste of a favorite local snack, along with Mexican street corn nuts.

For the sweeter side, we added in a churro chocolate bar, and his and hers tequila sunrise and champagne flavored gummies - favorite treats of the bride and groom.

For the essentials, we included “About Last Night” custom amenity pouches that contained lip balm, medicine, fabric cleaning wipes, hydration packets and hand sanitizer. We topped off each gift with a mini sunscreen and aloe travel trio, perfect for a day on the beach or poolside.

A palm leaf accent added a special touch, while each gift box was tied with “Welcome to Cabo” gift tags and sage green ribbon.

Coastal Inspired Wedding Welcome Tote Bag Gifts

For a summer wedding on the Eastern Shore, we worked with Shannon Leahy Events to create these coastal inspired custom wedding welcome tote bag gifts. The bride and groom wanted thoughtful gifts to express their appreciation to their wedding guests while also tying into the wedding colors of red and blue.

While the couple’s hometowns are on the East Coast, their new home is on the West Coast so they wanted to incorporate elements of both coasts into their welcome gifts. They also wanted the gifts to be useful and the items able to be consumed during the wedding weekend so guests would not have to worry about taking all the items home with them after the wedding.

We started with custom printed coastal tote bags that double as a keepsake for the wedding guests to use in the future. We included a set of two sparkling waters in the red and blue color palette for a cohesive gift look.

Locally made Chesapeake style popcorn with a custom sticker label and a set of Maryland chocolates represented the East Coast, while California almonds and dried blood orange snacks represented the West Coast. Custom amenity pouches featured a nautical flag design and contained medicine, and hydration packs to aid in wedding celebration recovery.

The final touches for these coastal preppy welcome gifts were custom printed wedding weekend itinerary cards with a thank you message from the bride and groom and personalized gift tags tied with light blue ribbon.

Formal Washington, D.C. Wedding Welcome Gifts

Last but certainly not least on our list of favorite custom wedding welcome gifts from the past year takes us to the nation’s capital for a luxe Washington, D.C. wedding day. Working with Details Details Weddings & Events and the bride and groom, we designed custom wedding welcome gifts that highlighted the couple’s hometowns while also staying true to the formal aesthetic of their Washington, D.C. wedding.

The bride and groom both work in D.C. and got engaged on the National Mall, so a welcome gift with Washington, D.C. theming adding a personalized touch to their high end welcome gift boxes. A clean color palette of white and navy added to the formal aesthetic of these custom gifts.

The bride and groom’s hometowns are in Ohio and California, so we wanted to source local items to represent the couple and give these custom gifts an even more personalized touch.

From California, we included a bag of salted cashews with a custom monogram wax seal, California gummy bears and crispy chocolate orange slices.

We of course had to include Ohio-made buckeyes! A box of saltwater taffy was included as an extra treat along with Voss brand water bottles.

For the Washington, D.C. theming, a cherry blossom candle was chosen along with custom D.C. National Mall monument shaped cookies and a custom election inspired wedding pin.

An elegant thank you notecard featuring a message from the bride and groom and the D.C. skyline topped off each gift. Custom monogram gift tags and elegant navy ribbon tied together each white gift box.
