Gratitude-Inspired Client Gifts for Tyler Whitmore Interiors

FILED IN: Client & Corporate Gifts, Holiday & Seasonal

We love the idea of Thanksgiving client gifts and here's why! They arrive before the traditional holiday rush making them extra appreciated and unexpected! Don't get us wrong, thoughtfully-curated holiday gifts are always impactful, especially when on-brand and packed with meaningful contents. But there is just something extra exciting about having a gift arrive earlier than expected and on a holiday that doesn't traditionally involve gift-giving. The gifts I'm about to show you were custom-designed for Tyler Whitmore Interiors, a luxury real estate staging business, as a way to express gratitude to her most loyal clients!

We began with a reusable, hand-woven seagrass basket to establish the 'home' vibe that corresponds to Tyler's business. We included custom notecards with a message of thanks so that recipients immediately knew who the gift was from and the purpose behind it. After all, these gifts were a complete surprise! The notecards matched both the contents of the gift, as well as Tyler Whitmore's branding colors. More so than most industries, home staging businesses are heavily focused on aesthetic and everything having a cohesive look so the gifts had to follow suit.

Our goal was to create a calm, cohesive vibe for these gifts, while also including items that could be reused or displayed in a beautiful home. This way, the gifts pulled triple duty as a thoughtful reminder of Tyler's brand for her clients, a way of expressing gratitude to clients and setting Tyler's customer experience above that of her competitors, and allowing the recipients to keep some of the interior contents (and the basket!) to use again and again in their own homes as a constant visual reminder of where the items came from.

In addition to the beautiful home keepsakes, we also wanted a beautifully-packaged sweet treat so we included four small-batch shortbread cookies. The shortbread cookies paired perfectly with gourmet tea! Together, the neutral cookies and the soft turquoise color of the tea packaging perfectly captured Tyler's brand and served as a subtle brand reminder for any client looking at the gifts!

These gifts received great feedback, both from our happy client and from the gift recipients who gushed about these unexpected beauties on Instagram. Our client was thrilled with the instant digital traffic to their platforms from the many recipients posting and thanking her for the gift. We consider this gift design to be a true example of the power of both a thoughtfully curated gift (that perfectly encapsulates a brand identity) as well as the power of the less-expected timing of a Thanksgiving gift!
