Top 5 Virtual Event Gifts of 2021

A lot has changed since the days of pre-COVID events, where employees, clients, and other attendees would gather in person for a meeting or special occasion. Gone are the days of face-to-face corporate events, and while we are hopeful that they will return in full force eventually, we have definitely seen a fundamental pivot in how corporations are choosing to carry on with long-planned group events and occasions. Helping to meet our clients' transforming need for more experiential yet still fully virtual events, we are here to share some of our most favorite virtual event gift boxes from the last year and share just how and why they are so impactful!
Virtual Conference Gift Boxes for Manpower Group
When our client Manpower Group wanted to transition from an in-person gala to a virtual champagne toast event, we leaned into all things champagne! With a champagne cocktail kit, a custom-etched glass flute, cocktail nuts, champagne flavored gummy bears, and a champagne-scented soy candle, these gifts had everything required for a celebratory toast for recipients to enjoy at home! Paired with a package of tech-focused screen wipes and a clip-on ring light, recipients were ready to join this virtual celebration in style.
Virtual Painting Night for the Ladybugs Program
When the Ladybugs Program wanted to host a virtual craft night, we set out to create the most thematic DIY kits! With everything recipients needed to create a hand-painted wine glass, these gifts were a one-stop-shop for the required event materials. Repeating ladybug motifs adorned the treats and keepsake socks so recipients could have a few things to keep from the event.
Virtual Happy Hour Gift Boxes for Heffernan Insurance Brokers
Our repeat client Heffernan Insurance Brokers requested a whiskey-themed gift that recipients could use for a virtual happy hour event, and we were excited to oblige! These gifts, although adhering to a strict budget, were full and luxe, and included decorative-cut rocks glasses, cocktail nuts, craft bitters, a stainless steel bar tool, and the most adorable etched whiskey stones. Each gift included a gift card as well so recipients could purchase their favorite spirits to create the cocktail of their choice during the event.
Virtual Conference Gift Boxes for Baldwin Risk Partners
For their 2021 Leadership Summit, Baldwin Risk Partners wanted gifts that would be entirely useful throughout the event. And of course, in their specific branding colors! Sweet and savory snacks and energy beverages filled these gift boxes, alongside custom embossed journal and pen sets and a lightly scented thinking putty to get creative ideas flowing! Branded welcome letters, custom foil-printed bellybands and navy ribbon visually tied these items together in each navy magnetic-closure gift box.
Celebrating 100 Years for Webb Schools
The Webb Schools had a very important milestone to celebrate - 100 years! For this virtual event, we created gifts filled with fun treats and branded keepsake items for recipients to enjoy as a token of appreciation and enjoyment. Custom etched yeti tumblers were nestled alongside the most decadent brandy flavored caramel corn and lemon beverages. But the most special piece? Custom branded caramel truffles wrapped in their own mini gift box with custom logo gift tag!
