Welcome to New York, but make it lovely and unforgettable! A tall order, but we were up to the challenge, and we're so excited to show you a peak inside of the custom wedding welcome gifts for an upscale wedding in New York City at the iconic Rainbow Room.

It was important for the couple to welcome their wedding guests to New York City with custom gifts in lieu of traditional favors to express their gratitude and set the tone for the wedding weekend ahead. We stayed true to the couple's elegant and timeless wedding aesthetic with a feminine color palette of gold, shades of ivory and blush pink for an graceful overall feel.

ELEGANT & TIMELESS CUSTOM WEDDING WELCOME GIFTS

It was our goal to custom design welcome gifts for this ultra-personalized wedding that incorporated the romantic feel of the wedding weekend and paid tribute to the weddings's well known venue in New York City. Above all, the couple wanted their guests to feel welcomed upon hotel check-in, fully relaxed and prepared for the destination wedding weekend's events that were ahead.

Even with a New York City urban wedding location, we were able to play up the classic and charming elements of their wedding to bring cohesion to their entire weekend. We utilized the wedding’s color palette of cream, gold and light blush pink with hints of floral features, timeless fonts to bring their custom wedding welcome gifts to life.

Each wedding welcome gift set began with a chic keepsake ivory gift box and delicate blush colored ribbons. Custom gift tags personalized their wedding guest gifts from the open. Guests were greeted with custom notecards inside the gift boxes written from the bride and groom to express their gratitude and explain important details about the wedding weekend, including an event itinerary.

Upon opening, guests were greeted with an intentional mix of gift keepsakes to remember their trip, gourmet snacks to helm them stay energized, and useful amenities to keep the party going all weekend long, including a satin amenity kit packed with hydration packets and health care items to make their stay more comfortable.

For snacks and refreshments, we included a selection of the couple's favorite Girl Scout cookies packaged in a clear bag and finished with a monogram wax seal to personalize the design. We also added a sweet and salty popcorn mix, and peach ginger flavored sparkling waters.

A Voluspa brand lychee scented candle and a package of custom printed blush colored matches in a glass jar were included in the gifts for a keepsake to remember their wedding long after the reception is over. We also included a vintage watercolor postcard of New York City for guests to feel welcomed to the city - plus, they can bring this gift home as a perfect souvenir of their time in the Big Apple.
