Wedding guests were greeted to this Fire Island, New York wedding with custom wedding welcome gift sets featuring a fresh color palette and the couple's dog, Nala. Since their wedding location featured a unique icon from its destination, a lighthouse, we made sure to feature it within their welcome gifts. The wedding’s fresh color palette of white, beige and hints of greenery was a perfect choice for their custom welcome gifts.

Inside each custom wedding welcome gift were useful and memorable keepsake items themed to the wedding's location that their guests could bring home to enjoy after the weekend festivities were over including a set of lighthouse stone coasters featuring Fire Island, a “Great South Bay” Fire Island themed candle, a Long Island matchbook and a ‘Penny & Cooper’ sea foam hand cream.

Incorporating a custom designed golden retriever cookie to look like the couple’s dog was the perfect treat and a unique personalized touch to their gifts! We also made sure their guests enjoyed plenty of snacks from local New York based companies including a tea chocolate bar, two basil and lemon sparkling waters, and North Fork potato chips that were repackaged to feature a custom monogram wax seal for an additional personalized touch.

FUN CUSTOM WEDDING WELCOME GIFTS WITH PORTRAIT COOKIES

What more personalization could you ask for than a custom wedding welcome gift with the bride and groom’s portrait turned into an edible cookie included inside?! For their elegant wedding this couple wanted celebratory wedding welcome gifts to make a statement, and start the wedding weekend off in a fun way.

To match the elegant and luxurious tone for their big day, we sourced unique circular hat boxes and used the couple's monogram for a special touch of detail throughout. But, what took their custom gifts to the next level was that each gift was topped off with a personalized welcome note from the couple that we printed on a mirror, as well as a gift tag with their monogram printed on a mirror !

Inside the gorgeous welcome gifts with a black and taupe theme for guests was a set of four gourmet and custom designed personalized cookies to celebrate their wedding including one with the wedding date, one with a monogrammed bottle of champagne, one with a portrait of the groom, and one with a portrait of the bride. It was a sweet treat that felt like a piece of artwork, but also doubled as something for the guests to enjoy!

ELEGANT OCEANSIDE DESTINATION CUSTOM WEDDING WELCOME GIFTS

For their California destination wedding, this couple wanted to deliver elegant custom wedding welcome gifts with luxurious items their guests could enjoy. This Dana Point, California wedding was planned to include white flowers, champagne bridesmaid dresses and gold accents, which was a top priority to include in their welcome gift boxes. Their formal wedding would be overlooking the ocean with a fancy feeling and Italian vibes, so we wanted to re-create this feel within their custom wedding welcome gifts for guests.

These formal welcome gifts were inspired by the oceanside wedding’s design and filled with useful items and treats for guests including gourmet toasted cashews from a California based company, a custom cookie decorated with the couple's monogram, and kettle corn in a clear bag with a custom wax seal with their monogram for a touch of personalization. A keepsake gift of a California travel tin candle and custom matchbox with their monogram printed in gold foil was also included for guests to enjoy after the wedding weekend. Finally, two bottles of luxury natural spring waters were included for an elegant appeal and useful hydration!

LUXURIOUS CUSTOM WELCOME GIFTS FOR NAPA VALLEY WEDDING GUESTS

For their culturally inspired wedding in Napa Valley, California, the couple wanted to delight their guests with custom wedding welcome gifts that didn’t feel like typical wedding guest gifts, or even basic gift boxes. Their wedding celebration was to include events by the pool, and a color palette of greens, pastels and ivory. The couple shares a passion for food and tea, which they wished to share with their guests for their wedding weekend and include in their gifts.

To meet their wedding welcome gifting goals, we designed unique luxurious gifts filled with locally sourced items, and items themed around the wedding's California wine country location. Chic ivory and spring moss green custom wedding welcome gifts included a California sunrise themed travel candle, a Napa-made chocolate golden milk bar, a dried Sanfordii flower bundle, a California made sour gummy bear candy treat, jasmine tea with a custom label, a satin amenity pouch, two basil and lemon flavored sparkling waters, a package of Napa-based organic rosemary almonds and pistachios, and a custom foil printed matchbox. The gifts were topped off with a welcome note from the couple and a custom wedding weekend itinerary with a watercolor print of Napa Valley.

GREEK THEMED CUSTOM WEDDING WELCOME TOTE BAG GIFTS

With a wedding in Hydra, Greece, we went all-in on the beautiful blue hues and unique Greek design aesthetics for these custom wedding welcome gifts. For the couple’s destination wedding in the Mediterranean Sea, they wanted to celebrate the beautiful Greek locale for their wedding weekend and welcome guests with gifts that coordinated with the natural landscape textures, and colors of the city and seaside location.

We designed these Greece themed wedding welcome gifts around a custom cotton canvas tote bag featuring robe handles that was painted with a custom evil eye design in brilliant blue hues. A monogrammed gift tag with blue satin ribbon adorned each wedding welcome gift that also served as a beach bag for guests to use on their vacation.

Included inside the wedding welcome gift bags were gourmet gift items sourced from the local Greek islands including dark chocolate bites dipped in vanilla shell, a feta savory biscuit roll made with spinach and pumpkin seeds, and thyme honey with a wood honey dipper. These custom tropical themed wedding welcome gifts complemented the couple’s elegant Hawaiian destination wedding. These modern wedding welcome gifts were designed to deliver that ‘wow’ factor to guests at a Palmetto Bluff, South Carolina wedding designed and planned by Grit & Grace. For this couple, it was important that their custom wedding welcome gifts made their guests feel welcomed and part of the family.

This wedding design inspiration revolved around funky, modern and colorful decor while keeping things classy and exciting for guests. So we wanted to make sure to carry their overall wedding aesthetic through to their custom wedding welcome gift boxes.

With a modern color palette of black and pops of color in pink and green, we designed each wedding welcome gift to include a set of custom baseball hats embroidered with their wedding date and a palmetto tree as a nod to their South Carolina wedding location, a package of pimento cheese kettle chips, and custom cocktail kit including Bloody Mary cocktail mixer and tabasco hot sauce packaged in a drawstring pouch customized with a dog design.

The couple met in Denver, share two dogs and call Michigan and Texas their home states, so it was important to share these details within their custom designed welcome gifts for their guests. The couple gave their welcome gifts to their guests who had traveled to their wedding from out of state, so incorporating the Colorado location was also important to them.

We designed upscale custom welcome gift boxes for a New York City wedding with an elegant and timeless aesthetic. The couple’s NYC wedding was hosted at the romantic and iconic Rainbow Room. They wanted their wedding welcome gifts to set the tone for their wedding and exude an upscale feeling for each guest to experience from the very beginning of the wedding weekend.

Utilizing the wedding’s color palette of light blush, cream and gold, as well as the wedding's location in New York City, we designed custom wedding welcome gift boxes with a classic and romantic feel.
