Since starting Marigold & Grey, one of the biggest thrills has been creating wedding welcome gifts for couples throughout the country. It’s such a fun way to experience different cities and venues (albeit virtually!) right along with my clients. With this in mind, today we’re heading to Boston!

J+H planned a lovely modern wedding in Massachusetts's most well-known city. Their event took place at Boston's Museum of Fine Arts, and we wanted to welcome guests with the same modern aesthetic they would experience at the wedding.

Two-piece white gift boxes served as the base for our design. I loved the soft grey ribbon (silk!!!) that tied the box together. The gift tag featuring calligraphy by Just Write Studios and the couple’s unique wedding hashtag served as a fun personal touch! By the way, it’s always a good idea to introduce your guests to wedding details, like your hashtag, as early as possible so they can begin using them right alongside you and your significant other!

Inside the box, we carefully placed a bottle of Voss water along with two cans of Perrier sparkling water. In addition, we wanted to mix together everyone’s favorite combination – sweet and salty treats – by including Tate’s Bakeshop Chocolate Chip Cookies, Cape Cod Chips, and a gorgeous black and white Boston skyline cookie by Two Sugars Studio. An amenity kit was wrapped in a white treat bag to continue the modern feel, and a custom map outlined the event’s most important locations. Maps are also always a fun piece your guests can take home with them as an extra reminder of the city and their fun weekend away.

From art to treats to amenities, you know guests were happy to have these black, white and green Boston-inspired wedding gifts upon arrival. And let's face it, they were also a blast for the Marigold & Grey team to complete! For more information on Custom Gift Design Service, please visit here. We'd love to hear from you!
